🎟️ 2. Steps to Use Your Coupon Code
• The coupon code defined for the bus ticket can only be used for bus ticket purchases.
• Select your trip and proceed to the payment screen.
• Check your trip and payment details and continue with the process.
• In the Price Information section, write your coupon code in the field “Enter Your Coupon Code”.
• When entering your coupon code, you must write your phone number and email address exactly as they appear in your open ticket.
• If you have more than one coupon code, you must complete the process separately for each passenger.
• Click the “Add” button.
• Click the “Secure Payment” button. The details of the new ticket you created will be sent to you via SMS and email.
📆 Open coupon codes can be used within 6 months from the date the ticket was opened.
Can I combine all my coupons to buy a ticket?
Only one coupon code can be used during the ticket purchase. Therefore, if you wish to use multiple coupon codes, you must complete the process separately.
I am getting an error with my coupon code, what can I do?
If you encounter an error with the coupon code, please check the error types and explanations below and try again.
1. The coupon code entered is personal ↓
On the payment page, enter the email address and phone number exactly as they appear in the open ticket you received. Pay attention to uppercase/lowercase letters.
2. Invalid API request parameter ↓
This occurs due to incomplete contact or passenger information. Enter all passenger details correctly and completely.
