In order to access the campaign details you are included in, you must log in to our mobile application with the e-mail address you wrote when purchasing the ticket. After receiving an SMS about the campaign, please follow the steps below:
- Download our obilet mobile application. (App Store/ Google Play Store)
- Click on the "My Account" button via the mobile application.
- Click on the "Register Now" button and create a new membership with the e-mail address you wrote when buying the ticket.
- Log in to your new membership by clicking on the "Member login" button.
- After logging in as a member, click on the "My Account" button.
- Click on the "My Coupons I have Won" tab via the "My Campaigns" button.
- Click on the "Your Coupon Details" button located at the bottom of the campaign.
- You can reach your campaign code by clicking on the "Get a Coupon" button.
Note: If you have an existing membership and you have purchased tickets with the e-mail address of your membership, make sure that your mobile application is up to date so that you can see your coupon code.
