- The entered coupon code has no remaining usage rights ↓
The entered coupon code has already been used and has no remaining usage rights. Each coupon code can only be used once.
- Invalid API request parameter ↓
You are receiving this error because you clicked the "Add" button before entering your coupon code. Please fill in the coupon code field first, then click "Add" to complete your transaction.

After logging in with the email address you used when purchasing your ticket, you can access all the coupons sent to you under the My Account > My Campaigns tab on the mobile application.

To activate company campaign coupons, you must first complete the trip of the ticket you initially purchased.
Your coupon will become active after the trip is completed.
Company campaign coupons have a minimum threshold. You can see the minimum threshold in the SMS where your coupon code is provided.
- Example: If you have a 5 Euro promotional coupon and the ticket you wish to purchase costs 10 Euros, after entering your coupon code on the payment page, the system will show the amount due as 5 Euros. You can then complete the payment using your credit/debit card and successfully purchase your ticket.
- Tickets purchased with a promotional coupon cannot be changed or converted to open status.
- Coupons will not be provided for tickets converted to open status.
- If you wish to cancel your ticket, the coupon amount cannot be refunded; only the amount paid with your card will be refunded.
- Additional coupon codes will not be sent for tickets purchased with a promotional coupon.
- Coupons are single-use only.
- The phone and email information must match the information entered for the ticket associated with the coupon.
- Coupons can be used within 90 days after the trip is completed.
- If multiple tickets are purchased simultaneously, only one coupon code will be provided.
Coupons cannot be used with Metro Turizm and BBBus.
