When will my refund be processed? 💰
Refunds are processed immediately to your bank according to company policies and are subject to deductions. Depending on your bank's refund procedure, the amount will be reflected on your card within 1-7 business days for credit cards and 1-20 business days for debit cards.

Navigate to the ticket inquiry and cancellation page to access the following screen. Enter the required information such as the company name, PNR, and phone number or email to retrieve your ticket details.

Once you access your ticket, click the "Cancel" button to easily cancel your ticket.
