Our guests should be present with the vaccination report cards of their pets so that they can be shown to the boarding terminal staff on foot journeys and during the security check during the car journeys and at any time during the expedition.
- The pet animals such as cats, dogs and parakeets, canaries and songbirds in their special cages with vaccination reports can be transported in cages next to the pet owner in the passenger halls of all sea buses, car ferries and fast ferries, except for the transportation of the passenger in the vehicle belonging to the passenger on fast ferries and car ferries with open garages.
- The maximum dimensions of the pet cage to be carried in the hall are 23x40x55 cm. The pet in the cage is placed in a convenient place next to the owner (on lap, on the floor near the seat and so on) so as not to disturb our other guests and not to close the corridor passages.
- The pets that are larger than the cage dimensions of 23x40x55 cm and cannot be taken into the passenger lounge are transported in the passenger's vehicle in special cages on sea buses outside the passenger lounges and where the ship's attendants show them, in the ferry's cages located outside the passenger lounge on ferries and in fast ferries and car ferries with open garages.
- Pets should not be removed from the inside of the passenger's vehicle during the voyage, on fast ferries with open garages and ferries with cars. When pets are removed from the cage or inside the vehicle, the ship's officials have the right to warn the pet owners to put the pets back in the cage or vehicle by alerting the pet owners.
