Buses may be delayed up to 2 hours due to traffic, delayed passengers and operational reasons. However, for customer satisfaction, as obilet, we of course give our passengers the right to a refund if the delay times exceed 2 hours.😊
If the bus for which you purchased a ticket has not arrived yet after 2 hours, you can register a complaint by contacting us using the "Online Assistant" button below or our call center number. Complaint records created are responded to within 48 hours.
- For delays exceeding 2 hours, the refund process is valid in case of not participating in the expedition.
