Obilet is not responsible for any visa, passport, driver's license, or other documents and requirements mandated by the competent authorities for entry into the Greek Islands, including visa-on-arrival applications. Obilet does not partake in any procedures related to these requirements.

Obilet and the Ferry Company shall not be held liable in the event that passengers are denied entry by the destination country’s authorities.
- In order for Bordeaux passport holders to travel to Greece, they must have a valid Schengen visa or have applied for a gate visa. Green passport holders can travel visa-free.
- After purchasing your ticket, you must submit the visa application documents to the Ferry Company office 5 days before the departure date in order to travel.
- Your passport must be valid for at least 90 days as of the travel end date. Passportes older than 10 years are not allowed to enter Greece (even if the validity period is appropriate).
- Passengers with a TRNC stamp in their passport cannot enter the island. It is recommended to check with the competent authorities before traveling.
- Passengers who entered Turkey using an ID card (National Identification Document) or a passport must present the entry document containing the entry stamp. Failure to do so will result in denial of departure to the Greek Islands.
- Passengers who have overstayed their visa in Turkey must pay the necessary penalties before being allowed to leave the country.
- Passengers who entered Turkey using a single-entry visa issued by a Turkish consulate in their home country cannot travel to the Greek Islands.
- Passengers who entered Turkey with children listed on their passports cannot leave for the Greek Islands without those children.
- Your voucher does not replace your boarding pass. On the day of the sailing, you must check-in with your passport at the ferry Company's kiosk/office at the departure port and obtain your boarding pass.
- Check-in ends 30 minutes before departure time. To get your Boarding Passes, you must visit the Check-in offices at the Port with your passports on the day of the sailing. Passengers with vehicles must be present at the port 1.5 hours before the departure time for check-in. Neither Obilet nor the Ferry Company shall be held responsible for delays.
- Passengers traveling with a vehicle must carry the necessary documents based on vehicle ownership: a)If the vehicle is registered in the passenger’s name, they must carry the vehicle registration and green insurance (a document obtained from insurance agencies allowing the vehicle to be used abroad). b) If the ownership of the vehicle belongs to the company and the passenger is the legal representative of the company, they must provide the vehicle registration, green insurance, and a signature circular. c)If the vehicle does not belong to the passenger, they must provide the vehicle registration, green insurance, and a notarized power of attorney. For detailed information, passengers must consult the competent authorities.
- Passengers traveling to the Greek Islands are not required to obtain an international driver’s license.
We recommend that you collect your international departure fees in advance from banks with your passports. To avoid any inconvenience, it is strongly recommended to make this payment in advance. However, you may also obtain it from the Finance Office in the port. - Greek Islands ferry tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable. However, under certain conditions, the ticket may be converted into an open ticket, subject to the Ferry Company's rules.
Passengers who want to travel with their pets must apply to the relevant authorities of the island they will be traveling to. The form, which will be filled out by veterinarians authorized to perform international procedures, must be submitted as completed and approved. In addition, you must also apply to the ferry Company you purchased your ticket from and declare the pet you will be taking with you 3 business days before your travel. - The Ferry Company or Obilet shall not be held responsible for any circumstances preventing a passenger’s entry to or exit from Greece, including but not limited to judicial, administrative, passport, visa, or other document deficiencies, or issues related to vehicles, pets, or other accompanying items. In such cases, the service contract is terminated, and no cancellation or refund requests will be accepted.
