• VIP & Priority Service Package is only offered at the payment stage of bus and plane tickets.
• When purchasing bus and flight tickets, VIP packages can be purchased for an extra fee.
• After purchasing the VIP Package, notification about the purchase is also sent as an SMS.
• VIP Package amount and ticket amount are charged separately from your account.
• In case of cancellation of the ticket, the package amount cannot be refunded.
• VIP privileges will be valid from the date of purchase of the ticket until 10 days after the departure date. (It also applies if you cancel the ticket.)
• For ticket exchanges, the first flight date of ticket purchase is valid for VIP privileges.
