I missed the bus. Can I get a refund?

In cases, where a bus is missed due to the fault of obilet.com or the bus company,
obilet.com provides an unconditional 100% refund. However, we cannot guarantee a
refund when the bus is missed for any other reason that does not directly involve
obilet.com. Remember, though, we will still do our best to help you!
