What Should Be in 1 Star Hotels?
The most important factor in the number of stars is the services provided by the facilities to the guests. 1-star hotels must have at least 1 breakfast room and lobby area. In addition, there should be telephones that can be directly connected to the outside and a capacity of at least 10 rooms.
2 and 3 Star Hotels
If the facility offers more services to guests compared to 1-star hotels, it may enter the 2 or 3-star category. In addition to 2-star facilities, services such as air conditioning in public areas, hair dryers and beverages in the rooms are also offered. In order for a facility to be in the 3-star category, the facility must have services such as a swimming pool, television in the rooms and laundry.
4 Star Hotels
In order for a facility to be considered a 4-star category, in addition to all these services, the personnel is expected to be trained and have at least 5 years of experience. In addition, it should have a closed hall with a minimum capacity of 100 people, and it should also have restaurants serving different cuisines along with Turkish cuisine. Expected services include meeting some of the standards, such as an indoor or outdoor swimming pool.
5 Star Hotels
Facilities with at least 120 rooms with 24-hour room service. It should have superior features in terms of service, decoration, equipment, structure and location, such as indoor and outdoor parking services, male and female hairdressers.
