- After clicking on the "Make a Secure Payment" button when purchasing tickets, you will see a 3D Secure screen. If the 3D password to be sent by your bank has not been sent to you, it is not possible to purchase a ticket and you must contact your bank about this. If you have a different card available, you can try the purchase again.
- If your ticket information has not reached you despite entering the 3D password, you must first check for withdrawals from your account transactions. If your ticket information has not been received even though the payment is made, you can get support by contacting us via the "Online Assistant" button below or by contacting our call centre.
In rare cases, a purchase may not occur when the amount withdrawn for online purchases remains in the provision. In this case, the amount withdrawn at your request will be refunded or a new ticket will be created.
NOTE: As the changes made to the tickets are provided through the company's infrastructure, you will always be accessing your old ticket information when you review your ticket through our site. You can check your current ticket information via SMS that comes to you after the change process.
