• The deduction for change and refund requests (withdrawal compensation) is calculated based on the total amount, including VAT, after deducting the cost of service.

ECONOMY

• Cancellation: 10% interruption up to 12 hours, 30% interruption up to 1 hour
• Change: 10% interruption for up to 12 hours, 30% interruption for up to 1 hour
• 1st floor hall of fast ferry lines
• All sea bus lines

Additional Information: There is no suspension for IDO tickets.
