The bus has not arrived yet/has been delayed, what can I do?
Buses may be delayed for up to 1 hour due to traffic, delayed passengers and operational reasons. However, for customer satisfaction, as obilet.com, we give our passengers the right to refund if the delay times exceed 1 hour.
If the bus you bought a ticket from has not arrived yet, even though it has been 1 hour, you can create a complaint record by contacting us via the "Online Assistant" button below or our call centre number. The created complaint records are returned within 48 hours.
