If the reason why you cannot make your trip is the result of the company or obilet.com, your refund will be made to your account within 1-7 business days without any deduction. Unfortunately, if there is a reason other than this that is directly responsible for you, such as not being able to catch the trip, buying the wrong ticket, a refund cannot be made.
