What should I do when I want to change, cancel or turn my flight ticket to an open ticket?

Passengers who have purchased their tickets from obilet.com or our mobile application can access their flight information and cancel certain or all flights by entering their Reservation (PNR) Number and phone number on the My Tickets > Flight Ticket section on the obilet.com homepage.

• If the company has canceled a flight or changed the flight time, you can contact us through the following communication channels.

• Refunds for canceled tickets will be reflected in your account within 1-7 business days.

You can cancel your cancellation by following the steps below.

• Enter the obilet.com home page,
• Click "My Tickets" > "Flight Ticket" button,
• After typing your PNR and phone number in the requested boxes, click on the "Ask My Ticket" button,
• You can complete your transaction by clicking the "Cancel" button in the lower right corner of your ticket information

Important information

Penalty deductions may be applied by companies in ticket cancellation transactions. When you want to cancel your ticket, you will see your current refund amount.
